I've been using the spray version of this for years.It use to work really good (maybe spray for 2-3 days & no itch for weeks or months).But Recently it's effectiveness has decreased (maybe spray 2-9 days & itch goes away for a few days to a few weeks...).I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting older, the ingredients changed, or my body built up an immunity to it.Any how this creme is like getting a reset (apply 2-3 days itch is gone for weeks to months).Nice!I was about to try this other spray that seemed to work better (I like the idea of spray vs. creme) but many reviews said It was like pepper spraying your nuts.I'm very happy not to have had to gone there & thanks for the warnings! In the end you got to do what you got to do.... For now this creme is working good enough for me.

Economically, this is cheap! I have used the sprays and the creams and even though the aerosol sprays are way more convenient, it didn't work as well as this cream. And, this cream is not greasy at all. Very easy to absorb. Unfortunately, I caught ringworm and I've been treating myself for almost a month now with the cream on one leg where the ringworm started and then using a spray on my other leg and feet. The ringworm on my leg that I used the cream on has pretty much cleared up but where I used the spray as a preventative measure has started to become itchy and one of my feet has got a new red spot which I fear could be ringworm. I've got a doctor's appointment coming up but in my opinion the cream works better so that's what I'll be using.
