This is absolutely brilliant stuff. I read the good reviews but admit I was skeptical.My son had 3 scrapes from a fall that just were not healing naturally and then got infected. Applied this cream, covered it and overnight it had drawn out the infection, by day 2 or 3 the scabbed infection part had fallen away. Still applied for a few days after to keep it clean and from scarring. It's healed faster than I could have imagined. I used it on a very itchy patch that was flaking on my skin, within seconds I had relief from the intense itching. I will never be without this stuff again. Can't believe I'm so excited over an antiseptic cream tbh. Highly recommend.
