If you're a runner or work out regularly it's a good idea to have something like this around. When going to public gyms it's not impossible to get some bacterial infection from some idiot who doesn't clean the benches etc. personally prefer to work out at home for this reason alone but certain machines are too expensive and too large to have at home so with that said it feels work if you happened to get caught off guard.
